Real rest isn’t always just sleep. Sometimes you need mental and emotional calm, which can be achieved through a short walk, time away from your phone, quality sleep, a simple routine, a conversation with someone you care about, or just a few minutes spent in silence.
Sometimes your body isn’t telling you that you’re lazy — it’s telling you that you’ve been stressed for too long.
